We’ve had great experience renting from WPPM in the past. But we just saw a property managed by Ethan Sanchez. He was so rude, and so dismissive. We asked about installing an EV charger and he told us that was an HOA matter (it’s not), and they just manage the property. The proper thing to do is contact the owner and ask. Then he was like “any questions?” More like: hint, get out, I don’t want to be here. We walked out without considering the property further if this is who we’d have to deal with.
We were so pleased with West Point Property Management! They were patient with our often extensive list of questions (especially early on), the entire staff replied promptly to emails, and problems were efficiently addressed for the tenants. Given that we were renting out our home and not just a rental property, the team provided peace of mind that the house was in good hands while we were away. Highly recommend!
West Point Management has been exceeding our expectations with prompt customer service and attention to details at all levels. We are grateful to the entire team especially Heather and Jana for prompt and efficient customer service. We highly recommend this company.

West Point Property Management says it has been looking after rental homes for over 25 years. It charges for the whole job as one low monthly fee. The company describes itself as a full service outfit based in Orange County, with no hidden costs on top of that fee.
The core of the work is residential rentals. The company says it handles the tenants, looks after the property and puts the owner's rent in their account on the first of each month. It also names a trust account for owners.
Its website lists tenant screening that checks court records, past landlords and credit. It states that major repairs wait for the owner's go-ahead. The same site says contractor bills pass through with nothing added, and pricey jobs get more than one bid. In Huntington Beach, 74% of homes heat with utility gas, per the American Community Survey for 2024.
The office keeps hours seven days a week, opening at 7 am on weekdays and staying open until 9 pm most weeknights. The website also describes a live answering service that picks up around the clock. So a client with a leak on a Sunday has somewhere to call.
It holds a 4.9 rating from 96 Google reviews. The thing people bring up most is speed: owners and renters both say emails and maintenance requests get answered fast. Several owners mention sticking with the company for many years.
The complaints are on the other side of that ledger. A couple of one-star reviews take issue with how a showing and a move-out were handled.
If a client owns a rental in Huntington Beach and wants tenants, rent and repairs handled for one monthly fee, West Point Property Management is a name you can pass along.
