Village Square Apartments

The management (especially India!) immediately responds to tenants AND quickly fixes maintenance issues, if any or small ones. I love it!!!

I know 90% of reviews around rental units are negative, which is why I waited to write this review. This is my second Greystar property that I’ve lived at and management maintenance and neighbors have been nothing short of professional, timely, and cordial except for a few minor instances which are inevitable. The price of rent everywhere is too high, but this property offered the most competitive pricing on the market with a location only 10 minutes from the beach without traffic and steps away from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and a bunch of other shops right next-door.

I'm going to add a complete year review of my experience at village square as soon as I move out this month. You may ask why I'm waiting and there's a very good reason and I believe it is all going to come to light very soon. I'm still working on my review. I do appreciate the response.
