The Lake House at Martins Landing Apartments

My family's experience here has been absolutely horrible from day 1! If it's not our noisy neighbors in 410 who are extremely loud and stomp so hard the plates on our tables and pictures on our wall literally shake ( which they do in average from 8 pm to about 3 am. We have not slept through the night in months) It's excessive maintenance issues. First it was our stove constantly falling apart and needing to be fixed every 2 weeks, then it was the water heater falling apart and needing to be replaced, our recent endeavors are the bathtub and the bugs.

Always excellent service, both from Katia and Thai. They are very friendly and energetic. But the manager is just as wonderful. She makes sure everyone is well taken care of.
