Living here has been pretty good so far. Apartments are new and well equipped. Although the area around the apartment is pretty dead, its very close to downtown and everything is just a 5-10 min drive. The gated parking is good, building is quiet, maintenance people are nice and the elevator is super convenient. Only issues I've had are minor: rarely deliveries can't get into the apartment due to the security system, and the dumpster outside should probably be cleared more often. apart from that it's been great. will make sure to adjust review as needed.
Business's own words
Residents will be coming home to units with brand new everything, including stainless steel GE appliances in the kitchen, their own washer and dryer, granite countertops, a spacious layout with plenty of natural light, on-site parking, optional storage unit, and more - all within a gated community. Of course, pets are welcome, and owners will have access to a pet zone on property. Located between the Historic Southside Neighborhood and new South Broad District development, The Flats are situated in a prime location. Residents will enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the Riverwalk, restaurants, grocery stores, retail centers, banks, gyms, hair salons, and the list goes on.
