Cilia and the entire team are amazing! My family and I love our home here.
Cilia kept the HVAC maintenance crew on site until the issue was resolved! Great job!!
My experience here has been nothing short of fabulous! Every person I’ve encountered has been wonderful, kind, and helpful - the building is perfect, clean, better than portrayed online - the location is so ridiculously easy to get to even though it’s in the quarter. Cilia is so helpful & kind!!!! I would recommend this location 100%!!!
Business's own words
One, two, and three bedroom apartment residences of varying configurations take their design cues from the unique, historic character of The Annex building in the French Quarter of New Orleans. No two residences are alike—just like those fortunate to call it their home, second home or weekend retreat. The French Quarter’s character is iconic, and a compact, historical footprint has made it the most exclusive place to live in New Orleans. An envious lifestyle and unrivaled French Quarter locale awaits you at The Annex. The 87 residences at The Annex are situated on floors 3–6 to maximize your views of the historic neighborhood or interior courtyard.
