I don't frequently write reviews, but when I do, it is to recognize greatness and the team and experience at Pierce Boston is indeed great. From an informative tour and many subsequent e-mails with the Leasing Office during which they were helpful and responsive in answering my questions to a straightforward moving-in process, the start of life at Pierce was easy. In particular, Leasing Manager, Adrienne Montanez is the best leasing manager I have ever worked with in my last 12 years or so of living in different apartments around the country.

Adrienne is the best! Incredibly caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've moved a lot over the years, and this has been by far the best experience of any leasing agent I've worked with!!!

Highly recommend Pierce Boston as your new home. The place feels safe, clean, and professional. Its location is great, next to Fenway, BU, and D train. My best experience living at Pierce was working with Adrienne. He’s the most supportive, friendly, and professional leasing agent I’ve ever met. He answers emails promptly and always does his best to address my needs. He made me feel welcomed even from my very first emails reaching out for questions.
