In my little time at Lark, it has been very solid. Nothing necessarily to complain about. The room was somewhat dirty when we first moved in but that’s really the only issue
The maintenance man Will is AMAZING! He helps us with everything in a timely and respectful, kind, manner while also giving us tips on how to deal with any faulty appliances.
When we needed help with maintenance, Will was SO helpful! As 4 girls, he made us feel safe while also repairing all of our issues. He was so friendly and kind!! He also gave us preventative and cleaning tips for the future.
