I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. The management and maintenance teams are super responsive whenever an issue comes up. Great location, solid amenities, and overall a wonderful community. Highly recommend!

I had some issues with my washer machine and Don the maintenance guy fixed it. He was very kind, efficient, and told me exactly what the issue was.

Construction has been going on for months. Loud all day. Stair cases blocked, orange cones everywhere, dust, uneven surfaces, closed elevators. At night, people play loud music at the pool. Many times past 2 am. There’s no peace. Hard to live or sleep here. There’s a mouse problem. Leasing office has 0 accountability. Maintenance doesn’t show for scheduled appointments. Leasing office never knows what’s going on. Dog poop everywhere.community Trash cans overflowing. The 5 star reviews are suspicious. Don’t trust them. That’s how I ended up in this mess.
