First Street Place

The maintenance crew is awesome.

I was a frequent visitor to First Street, as my girlfriend had lived here, and I would like to share my concerns based on my experiences as someone who regularly visits a resident. First, the visitor parking system is extremely frustrating and expensive. The $10 daily parking fee, combined with a limit of only 8 visits per month, is unreasonable. I have also personally experienced situations where the visits have not been allowed the 8 visits. I have spent hundreds, if not close to a thousand dollars, on parking simply to visit my girlfriend.

Jack is absolutely amazing! He is always so kind, helpful, and professional, and he makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He’s quick to respond, gets things done efficiently, and is always so friendly whenever he comes by. You can really tell that he cares about his work and about making sure residents are happy. We truly appreciate everything he does and couldn’t ask for a better maintenance guy.
