8 pages minus the 2nd page to sign and initial multiple times on every page about the rules and regulations. Can't have visitors after 5pm to 8am everyday. You must check everyone in your room or they can't come in. Makes me feel like a refuge camp or something. The floors are super no good. All the flooring buckling and water seems to be present under the panels. Toilet is not safe. It moves. Roach babies, and seems like there was a layer of either bug spray or something oily all over the surface. Floors too. The microwave is a stupid invention regardless.

Be aware if they don’t like you they will enter your room, search and seize your property and kick you off the property. Also noticed there is no communication about the stay via email or text. No refund if your stay was cut short by management. You also have to pay a fee to get your belongings back. Staff gives the false impression initially of being nice but are pretty two faced. I reached out to the corporate office as the owner suggested and did not receive any help. It’s frustrating because they took about $2000 worth of belongings.

I went to the property to see how I would like it. I was very surprised that the property is well kept, the rooms are great. Most surprisingly the staff is awesome. They offered me a tour, answered any and all of my questions. I am very big on hospitality and they definitely won me over.
