Eleanor Apartments

Lexi has been super reachable and helpful during my move in process, and the amenities are superb. Only issue is the road noise from I5 affecting the rooftop areas.

Eleanor is a fabulous building in a wonderful location. Steps from the Light Rail and Whole Foods, along with amazing parks like Ravenna and Green Lake all nearby. The maintenance staff is amazing and the rooftop is gorgeous with stunning views of Rainier. Would definitely give them 5 stars if not for their -greedy- practice of raising rent by 9% two years in a row…which equates to a nearly 19% increase from year 1 to year 3. When we left, they listed it for almost $300/month less than what they tried to squeeze out of us for staying.

I've lived in a lot of apartments and I've never experienced such a smooth and welcoming move-in experience. Lexi and her team have been very supportive at every step. The apartment, building, and neighborhood have beautiful vibes and I'm very excited to live here.
