Cumberland Crossing

My resident experience has been great overall. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or maintenance requests. I’ve enjoyed the amenities and the sense of safety and comfort here.”

Don’t Expect to Get Your Deposit Back No matter how well you clean, don’t expect to get your deposit back at Cumberland Apartments. We left the place in great condition — cleaned thoroughly, followed the lease, and took care of the apartment. Despite that, they kept 75% of our $2,000 deposit, claiming only a “small portion” was refundable with no real explanation. We reached out to ask why and were met with vague or no answers. It honestly feels like they planned not to return most of it no matter what. We were respectful tenants and still ended up being treated unfairly.

Safe place to live quiet children and pet friendly
