Capstone Cottages of Lubbock

Terrible customer service. If your child has a situation, they handle it poorly. Never had a worst experience. Three years having bad situations the apartment manager is no help. Feel like I need a lawyer. If you have complaints, we have Email documentation we have voice recording. It seems like nothing happens. This place is a joke. I don’t know who runs it. I’m gonna do what I can to report them to student housing I can’t believe they do this.

Not a bad place to live but if you ever want to get ahold of someone for any reason you won't ever get a response. They don't care about their residents what so ever

Everyones doorstep overflowing with trash because they never pick up, and the giant dumpsters havent been around for weeks. Pools been closed for a month, and the exit gate is open all the time so people can get in easily. Still paying for valet trash pickup in my rent btw... Also the clubhouse is closed, so a decent amount of the stuff on their site is lies. Pool table etc... Its just full of unrented furniture.
