Birch House

This property is AWESOME! The amenities and retail spaces are so fun. Plus, it says a lot about a new build when they already have retail space booked. Thank you to Simona and Sara for such great hospitality!

This is going to be one fancy bagel shop. Opening soon. More details once more information is available.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience touring BirchHouse! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the community, the beautiful apartment homes, and the overall atmosphere. A special thank you to Raquel Brown for making my experience even better. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel completely comfortable without ever making the experience feel rushed or pressured.
