I called to have our large living room rug cleaned. The appt was easy to set up with Christina and she took time to explain the techniques they use on wool rugs. The technician (Alexander) arrived on time, was professional and very pleasant to have in our home. He went right to work, we are very satisfied with our clean rug! (We also met the nice owner, Josh; we intend to use their service again!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Carol & David Nisbet
Jory did an excellent job with my couch and spare room . My dog peed on the carpet and after he left there was no trace of the scent. He was prompt, professional and took care of the job!!
Alex was great! Great vibes
