Your gate opens inward when exiting. It would have been nice to have some kind of warning before it bashed into the front of my vehicle! Do yourself a favor and avoid a lawsuit, by putting a big warning sign on your gate, like most other communities.

For a luxury apartment complex, only the common areas feel luxurious. Hallways and apartment units feel a little cheap. I was visiting a friend and knowing how much they're paying for this, I expect better. The amenities are quite nice and well maintained. This complex is relatively new, so we'll see how long that lasts. They have everything from the usual gym, pool, lounge, game area, pet spa, parking garage and stuff as well as some more unique offerings like a convenience vending area, pickleball court and community garden.

I had a temporary stay in this apartment and it was really nice and beautiful, I like the amenities like pool area, games and gym. It really provides the value for the stay, but I feel it is pricey.
