High rise apartments that are super clean and comfortable
We recently moved into 415 for our jobs and needed extra office space. We chose 415 over other comparable high-rises in the downtown area for a few key reasons: -Brand new: Pristine construction and modern throughout. -Great two-bedroom layouts: We secured a corner unit two-bedroom, and it is gorgeous. -Thoughtful interiors: Warm, high-end, and well-designed features everywhere. -Swedish Hill downstairs: Huge perk to have right in the building. -Prime location: In my opinion, it is one of the best spots downtown.

415 Colorado says its downtown Austin tower is built around floor-to-ceiling windows and wide views. It's an apartment building, and the company also points to a rooftop bar for residents.
So if a client of yours is hunting for a new high-rise rental downtown, here's the quick read.
Its website lists three floor plans. The two-bed, two-bath runs 1,607 square feet from $7,980 a month. The one-bed, one-bath is 844 square feet from $3,690, and the three-bed, three-bath is 1,871 square feet from $10,145.
The site also describes a large basement bike room with direct street access. The building is now leasing, and the company says new residents can get up to 8 weeks free, with lease terms and restrictions applying.
Across Austin, 57% of homes heat with electricity, per the American Community Survey (2024).
The leasing office is open most days from morning into early evening, with a shorter window on Sunday afternoons. The company asks people to call or use its contact form to book a private tour, so send clients in with an appointment rather than a walk-in.
It holds a 4.9 rating from 47 Google reviews. Happy reviewers keep coming back to a friendly, knowledgeable leasing team, the downtown location and the views.
The unhappy ones mostly talk about noise from the bars around the building. A few also describe renewal offers showing up close to the move-out notice deadline, plus frustration with fees.
For a client who wants a new downtown high-rise and will book a tour ahead, 415 Colorado is a reasonable referral, as long as you mention the late-night noise and the renewal timing.
