Living here has been an incredibly stressful experience that required a constant fight with management just to get basic health and safety issues addressed. For months, a recurring sewer gas odor in my apartment caused me headaches and nausea, forcing me to leave the unit on August 12. Initial maintenance attempts were superficial and ineffective, and it took weeks of pushing regional leadership to finally get a licensed plumber out to address the lines.Furthermore, after a serious assault occurred at the community pool on July 4th involving a guest.

Alissa gave me a very enjoyable tour of 2 Bayshore apartments and sent me a detailed email right after with leasing offers. Her enthusiasm was infectious and I was impressed by her professionalism.

The team at 2Bayshore is amazing. We'd lived here for 7 years and still feel like we're on vacation. Brian and the maintenance team are extremely responsive and make living here a breeze. The management team is always quick to respond and genuinely cares about the residents. Love living here!
